Diamond Comic Distributor filed for bankruptcy, and was purchased by Ad Populum. As Populum has already laid off a majority of the Diamond staff, including the entire Diamond Select toy group.

Ad Populum is the parent company of NECA, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they ever opted to do something with the Minimates brand at a later point but its heyday is long since passed.
