Had these three for a couple years never ID'ed them.

About half the size of average MIMP MUSCLE

A lot of good detail for its size. Guessing possibly board game related?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Funny enough, don’t remember ever paying attention to the artwork so I never noticed the discrepancy. Wonder what caused the change in the lockup victims! This one’s also unique as the only other to include figures besides the drivers, I believe.
