This contest is open to all members. Multiple entries are permitted.

The winner of this contest is the entry that gets the most votes based on how funny it is.

Drawing skills, photography skills, stop motion skills, writing, sculpture and other skills all take a back seat to laughter. Remember this as voters!

The entry must contain Little Rubber Guys of familiarity, so be able to describe your characters if needed.
Entries may, but are not limited to comic strip format, short video comedy format, funny lol photo format.
Last but certainly not least, the goal is to have humor. ROTFLOL

*Due to my 6 day lateness, this contest will run until MONDAY LABOR DAY September 6th!
**Enteries are due by August 15th, 2010.
***Voting will start from August 16th, 2010 till September 5th, 2010.
****The winner will be officially announced on Labor Day and will recieve a custom painted figure, and a group of bootleg figures!
Good Luck to everyone, and easy on the liquids!

Alright, I just wanted to post update on prize.

Winner recieves an L.Design custom figure. Winner will also recieve a prize of bootlegs.

I also wanted to remind people that writing is a very acceptable way to go. Your entry can be a poem, or short story. Pretty much anything that can make someone else laugh!

Now for someone who works mostly part-time gigs, I am very busy around this time. I should be able to check in everyday, but sometimes 14 hour days arrive, and sleep is the only thing I want to do when I get home. So if something seems 1-3 days off, no worries, I will check-in eventually.

Entries are welcomed to be posted. If you need an extension, and there are a sufficient amount of people, I may extend the deadline to the end of August for entries.

Alright since I am the only one who is not eligable, I wil post a comedy from earlier this year I made on youtube.
Dungeon Bones

Enjoy and I hope I inspired the comedy to come out your nose! laugh.gif

Good Luck on winning everyone!

So, aside from my string of l.designs-centric zingers, I would like to offer the following morality play as my entry to this particular Art Challenge:

mid-twentieth century Americana

Why?
Because morality plays are always funny, no matter what the subject matter.

man what a tough choice. fuzz i wish i had the talent to do videos like that. that is genius. i must admit tho that the rollerderby had a more visceral laughter reaction from me where the video was "cute" so i think so far it is the roller derby for me.

Just to clarify, the actual name of this submitted fansub is Musclekins.

The reference I was making above was to the Woody Allen film What's up, Tigerlilly?, which was a Japanese spy film from the 1960's. Woody Allen took this film and completely re-dubbed the soundtrack, therefore changing the entire premise of the film in a humorous way.

Musclekins is made with a similar concept, only with subtitles.
