Don't know how many casts this mold will make it through so I'm taking these one at a time & going to probably have to run them all as board auctions.

This one will end on Saturday the 20th of November at 11pm Arizona time

We can work out your shipping options at auction end. I will work with your shipping preference. Right now he's in a 10 ream paper case box & with some packing materials he weighs 5 lb. 12.7 oz. & the box dimensions are length 18" width 12" height 10" & my zip code is 85202. I can cut down the box dimensions if that ends up helping on shipping cost as he's got some good cushion room right now.

Bids must be in the form of reply to this thread.

I honestly don't know how many or what variations I will be able to produce with this mold & will have to wait and see as my grand ideas for these guys are on hold & I'm not sure which ones I will be able to pull off. For now.... aside from the original sculpt... this is it. Hopefully before it's all said and done... I will be able to get a few variations of these guys out.

Will start the bidding at $50 which believe me doesn't even make a dent in the material cost of this project, let alone labor/paint. Hopefully though there will be more to come in the near future so more people can have one.

Sooooo without further delay...

I gotta say, first production is always the best when something is hand painted.

Well... there is a ton of plastic in this sculpt probably about $80.... something like $180 for the mold... so yeah this one was a labor of love & I hope to fix up the mold & get some more pieces out to make it worth the time & recover some of the cost.
As far as the duration of the auction..... I'm always broke when stuff I want goes up for sale & about 90% of the time I miss out, so I wanted to give people time to gather funds if they wanted a crack at it.
Originally I had big plans for this sucker, Fully painted, clear green, flesh rubber, blah blah blah..... well the mold leaks & the whole project has been a big expensive nightmare sooooooo..... I'm trying 1 piece at a time & will number each piece as 1/? 2/? and so on... or maybe it will end up just 1/? and that's it. Really depends on how the cookie crumbles But yeah each will be signed with a number & we'll see how it pans out.

Thanks,

Luke

Luke, you haven't mentioned shipping. How will it be shipped? How much is shipping, or does it have to end at a certain price to receive free shipping?

Thanks

Well I just shipped the original out from AZ to PA parcel post with insurance & it ran $18.85 Of course as always I will only charge true shipping cost & you can pick the shipping method. I can take it in a box & weigh it so people can get an idea of shipping costs or however one might want to handle it.

Thanks,

Luke

All depends on how the mold holds up. Being the most massive piece I've ever done... a lot of unforeseen stuff came up. Will have to see how the repairs I had to do work out & if I can cast the clear material.

Weight & current box dimensions posted here

I can cut the box down if that ends up helping shipping cost & will work with your shipping preference here.

You know if Jay wins this it's going to become a back scratcher/nose picker right? You really want this toy to suffer like that? Imagine what it will go through. All that hard work to just become a back scratcher/nose picker. Poor toy. :o
