Judging by the fact that I found a page that listed Decoe and Becoe from Sonic X as major characters, it's some form of fanfiction whose author was dedicated enough to edit various Wikipedia entries to include his fanfiction biographies.

Sounds like a name for a platforming game, now exactly how that would work out is beyond me
seriously, why is that necessary to add improper fan fiction information to a proper wiki page.
I might as well make a fan fiction where Ramenman comes back as Mongolman and smashes warsman's face with a scissorkick for damn near killing him.
