Ok, well I thought I'd give it another shot. Last time I posted him for sale I got quite a few comments/questions, so this time I figured I just explain myself some. I posted it before for 9k thinking there would only be one person eager and willing enough to pay that much for it. But rather than them bidding he, along with many others thought I was trying to poke fun at that person or rub it in their nose that I had the figure which wasn't my intent at all. I hate the guy, but not as much as I needed money at that time. Last time I posted him, was right after I got a hospital bill for close to a half of a million dollars for my daughters nearly 40 day stay in the intensive care unit. It was at that time, I sold over half of my collection of toys, indluding a full set of muscle and an attempt at the Super rare. So, you may think I was an idiot for posting it for that much, and possibly so because it didnt sell, but it only takes one person willing to pay that much, and was hoping they would have. Simply put, I needed the money. I will say that our insurance covered most of the bill, and I will never complain about paying so much for insurance again after that experience. I am posting him again for about half of what I did before, hoping he will sell. Again, I just need the money right now, its no scheme, or joke, or whatever I will get accused of. Whoever pays for it, regardless of how I feel about them will get the figure. My reason for not just posting it for like a penny and allowing bidders drive the price up is because of what happened with the DM auction. Vette doesn't think he got a raw deal so I am happy for him, but I personally think he did get sort of screwed. I saw this on ebay at first, I thought it was one of your jokes til I read your story. Hope your daughters is well now.

Just to get some info right. This is 1 of 2 sculpts. Vette88 has a blue one. Same sculpt.

Vette doesn't think he got a raw deal so I am happy for him, but I personally think he did get sort of screwed. I have a high starting bid just in case someone tries to persuade other bidders not to bid and I end up selling my SR for a penny.

It's all in how people value something. I have had a few people contact me about my Class A figures, and they value those figures a lot. I didn't value DM as much because I already had a flesh SR, regardless of it being seven years since the last DM was found. I wanted a color SR and I wanted 1 of 1, not a 1 of 2. When I buy something, I'm not one to think about how much I can flip it for, resell value, ..... I buy it because I want it, period. I clearly understand that if I need to sell something I'll end up taking a lose. I'm thankful for my parents and the Army. Those two things led me down the path in life I'm at right now.

IMO on this auction, recommend a make an offer button.

i wish you all the best of luck with the sale. i have real empathy for you and your family. i am disabled and know the torture it causes parents to see their child in the hospital. i hope someone sees this and thinks, "only $4500?! sold!" and everyone is happy. good luck to you and your family and my thoughts and prayers are with your daughter.

I want to be a little more clear on something, my daughter is very healthy and well. I was explaining why I tried to sell it for so much the first time. I am selling it now for different reasons, my recent post about housing is the main reason. I have to vacate my condo by Aug first and a little extra money to help with the move would be nice. Not at all related to my daughters health. SHe is great.

That's mean......I'm kinda pinheaded when it comes to bidding! Lol. I resemble that remark. I struggled with that auction. Should i? Shouldn't I? Decided to hold off and go for series 91-3 figs. Congrats Jay. Must be cool to own a SR. I'm so jealous! Maybe SmokinGun and I will battle for the next one.

Thanks Matt, I got my guns ready for round 2 though. SR's don't come around often so its game time when they do. I lost the last DM auction and was damned if this one too. But you will get one someday, just be patient. And yes, good ole Smokey will always be ready to snipe as they don't call him smokinguns for nothing so dial in and be ready my friend!!!! Smokes a great guy so if he wins, I will be cheering as he is a great sport, he was the first to congratulate me...besides we are Team M.U.S.C.L.E. after all, one more for the team!!!!

An original Kinkeshi Part-24 Robin Mask should only cost you $15 (or less if you get a colored version). i just sold my last double of it a few months ago for $10.
