Purple Claw ebay lot

Just yesterday afternoon I saw a MUSCLE lot with a purple claw in it on ebay. It had a BIN of 64.99. I didnt hesitate to buy it and paid right away. After buying it and made the transaction. I contacted the seller to send it first thing in the morning with confirmation #. He agreed. so the deal was done.
Strange that someone here congratulated me on getting the purple claw this morning. 30 minutes later. The seller contacted me while printing out the shipping label this morning that he just got an email about the auction and decided to pull away and sent me a refund back. I tried to contacted the seller all day but no word. I figured somthing like this would happen as it always does with a rare figure. Its like a big part of my muscle collection was stolen away from me. Any help or advice???

Other than that there isn't much that can be done.
You can't force him to send it.

Negative Feedback and this prick deserves it.

Nothing you can do besides leaving negative feedback on the seller for not completing the transaction.
That really sucks someone ruined your deal.

How long does a listing stay available for others to see after it has been purchased? They really should do something about that

I believe completed auctions stay active to view for 30 days.
It's a mixed bag tho, without completed listings you would not be able to view estimated price ranges before listing.

Shame our hobby is so full of greedy D-Bags anymore. I swear if I were a Bajillionaire, I'd make sure nobody won any M.U.S.C.L.E auctions and I'd give em to everyone.

Yeah, bein a Bajillionaire would be pretty rad.

That sucks big time! Sorry to hear about this SG, but I'm also not surprised. I saw this lot the other day and I only remember it because it had a cheap toy in it! I didn't even notice the purple claw! I must be going blind. Anyway, I'm confidant you'll get a purple claw someday, it just sucks it wasn't today.
Totally lame man! I agree with messaging the hell outta this dude!

Dear zodcore,
Ok, hi my name is Jason and my friend won this auction from you and informed my you cancelled the auction. I was wondering why. Did someone contact you about the auction? Who? I am curious as this is not acceptable. Please inform me on what happened.
Thanks

Truthfully though, we don't do enough as a community to stop this sort of thing happening. This happened to me when I got screwed out of 3 Bad Eggz Bunch, but people here are still trading with the guy who did that to me. There needs to be more solidarity between good collectors, only together can we freeze the bastards out.
EDIT: Oh yes, and it almost goes without saying, you should certainly leave negative feedback and report the guy to eBay.

The payment is your tool when discussing with ebay about the deal.
No payment, no place to complain.
Just make things miserable for him.
Got more than one account?
Multiple negative FB will surely ot make him happy.
I'm quite sure you're on his blocked bidders list by now.
Dude, you make me laugh.......at you.

Fun story: I once sold a figure (I forget what, but it was a lucky find at a store. a chase variant thingie) on e-bay, but after packing the item for the seller and putting the box in the car, my sister borrowed my car and crashed it. So, what did I do? I contacted the buyer and said that there was a delay, and gave an estimated date range. Then I e-bayed a figure myself for pretty much what I won in the option, and had it sent to his address.
Because honesty, folks.

This is what his 'description' says?
Please do not bid unless you intend to pay.
You bid, you paid. Resend the money and contact ebay immediately smokin'. DON'T let them get away with it.
We should all message him and tell him if he doesn't send it, this whole muscle community will boycott his auctions...

I have alway been an honest man. I dont see whats the point in leaving a negative feedback since the deal has been back off. It wont solve any answers. I guess we'll see what the seller intend to do with the MUSCLE lot. $1000 "Buy It Now" I can imagine. It all ends with greed.

Boycotting is less fun than buying, filing SNAD, getting refunded and leaving a burning feedback, IMO.

So basically there nothing I can do other than leave a negative feedback... If I file a complaint with ebay. Its not like the seller will be force to do a transaction. Right?
Sadly, yes, there is no way you can force him to ship the item.
You MUST leave the negative FB tho. The collecting community needs to know about his practices. You OWE your fellow collectors the warning.
