What in this auction is worth $80? What am I missing?

Canadian auction with two class A figures. The salmon guy on the third row on the right and the bottom right green figure with wings on his head. (I'm rusty because I can't remember their numbers , and I'm too lazy to look them up. )

You got 2 collectors battling out for figures they dont have to complete their master set. If those class A show up agian. It wouldnt be that much.

It's because two big dogs wanted the bones....The class A green # 50 Hawkman and the salmon # 116 Kinnikuman Soldier but the potential winner already has the # 50...hmmm. One for sale maybe?????

So far Nico hasn't bid yet. I talked to him not long ago and he hasn't been pursuing MUSCLE lately. But, that's not to say he won't bid and if he does, he'll probably win.

I can't believe I overlooked a green 50. Had I been paying a little more attention, I would have been the high bidder, however briefly.

Absolutely, if I know you or Nico are bidding on an auction then it is pretty much over, unless a new crazy bidder enters the arena.

Another auction from Canada was just listed yesterday with a class A figure. With the increase of collectors going after a master set it really has put class A figures in high demand. I'm shocked that they are going for this much though. Especially considering that they pop up relatively frequently. I mean, look at how many salmon claws have popped up in the last 2 months! Some people paid a lot for them and others paid very little. Patience will yield savings but impatience yields instant gratification, it just depends on your collecting style.

i think there have been 6 salmon claws in the last 2 months alone? i got mine for 14 figures only one of which was claw A. i got extremely lucky and i know it. but some people do have a "money is no object" mentality when it comes to class a's

Not so sure about dropping the green 50 to Class B status, but I'm currently the high bidder on the second auction.
