The second Kinnikuman movie is another attempt to detail part of the manga that never got animated - in this case, Bibinba. In the manga, Bibinba is Kinnikuman's love interest. They completely forgot about her in the anime, and Mari, a not-quite-love-interest from the first part of the series became his girl instead, taking Bibinba's role in every applicable situation. This movie retold Bibinba's main introductory plot, except A: Kinnikuman stays with Mari at the end, and B: There's a new team of space bad guys to fight. So really, it changes almost everything. And of course, since Ramenman is A-Okay in this movie, it's kind of hard to place in the timeline. A basic summary of the movie:
Kinnikuman is celebrating something or another by being a goofball, when a MYSTERIOUS WOMAN ATTACKS. They have a non-fight chase, after which She (bibinba) promptly falls in love with Kinnikuman. Her father appears (Drunken Master Super-Rare. He's in the manga), and explains the ancient rivalry between the Hormone Clan and the Kinniku Clan, and declares that his daughter will kill Kinnikuman. Kin acts hormonal and stupid, Bibinba swoons over him, and then everybody parts. Kinnikuman and Bibinba have a non-duel that is kind of like their fight in the manga, except without nudity.
On their own, the Hormones plot against Kinnikuman (Well, just the dad), and Shishkebabu does the exact same thing he did in his manga appearance - shows up, tries to woo Bibinba, and is actually a nice guy. The movie so far has been very similar to the manga. And then a giant spaceship appears, and the evil Black Emperor makes his entrance. It's the Dark Emperor Supert-Rare, although they clearly say "BURAKKU EMPAROAH," so we know his name is Black Emperor. He has an army of space invaders, and wants to destroy Kinnikuman and all the heroes. This incident is his chance. He strikes a deal with Papa Hormone, Shishkebabu, and Bibinba (sorta), planning to set up a big match between Kinnikuman and Shishkebabu.
Kinnikuman and SHishkebabu begin their wrestling match, and are entirely evenly-matched. Unbeknownst to them, Black Emperor's army attacks all the other heroes. Now, it should be noted that the soldiers all have themes based on Emperor's henchmen, yet the henchmen do not appear yet. Here:

While the other heroes (Terryman, Robin Mask, Warsman, Brocken Jr., Ramenman, Rikishiman) are busy fighting the henchmen, Kinnikuman and SHishkebabu continue wearing themselves out fighting. And then GREAT UKON appears with an army of li'l Ukons (the same dudes Ukon had with him). Kinnikuman mistakes him for poop, some jokes are made, and then SHishkebabu, incensed at the unfairness of ganging up on Kinnikuman, helps Kin fight Ukon and company. Shishkebabu takes down the henchmen while Kinnikuman beats Great Ukon with the Kinniku Buster.
Black Emperor makes his appearance then with all his henchmen, and uses Bibinba and her father as bait by placing them on a small island surrounded by fire. Shishkebabu tries to sacrifice himself to rescue them, but Kinnikuman knocks him out and rushes into the fire instead. Before Kinnikuman can burn to death, all of the other heroes arrive and rescue the three. Black Emperor responds to this by siccing his henchmen on the heroes. Now, since the henchmen first appear in group shots, I'll include those here rather than on each individual character category.

Black Emperor does not fight Kinnikuman at this point, but sics his Black Satan Squad on him instead. At first, all the bad guys are winning, but then Buffaloman arrives to rescue Kinnikuman, taking on the Black Satans himself. Kinnikuman takes on Black Emperor, and at first is overwhelmed when Black Emperor dodges his attacks, morphs into a demon, and flies around, burning him. Then all of the heroes suddenly come back from behind and defeat the henchmen, inspiring innikuman's Burning Inner Strength. He defeats Black Emperor with the Kinniku Driver, and everybody cheers. Bibinba professes her love again, but Kinnikuman suddenly remembers that he's going out with Mari, and tells Bibinba instead to go with Shishkebabu, who clearly loves her. Everybody has a happy ending.

Black Emperor is the leader of the... um... bad guys, whatever they're called. He wants to take over the earth, and seems to have a special vendetta against Kinnikuman. He mostly plans everything and overviews the action, although he does face Kin in the end. He's incredibly fast and durable, easily dodging Kinnikuman's attacks. He eventually morphs into a demon form and flies around like a comet (propelled by that stomach hole), colliding with Kinnikuman to damage him. Kin defeats him with the Kinniku Buster, at which point he explodes. Surprisingly for a movie, he actually has a special power and theme when he fights rather than just vanilla wrestling.

The original Ukon was a ninja, and this one's a samurai! This is also the last time any Ukon will be intimidating. Great Ukon and his buddies work for Black EMperor, and they crash the Kinnikuman/Shishkebabu fight to try to give Shishkebabu an edge. It fails, as both Kin and Shish turn on them. Ukon does a pretty good job wrestling Kinnikuman at first, but Kin eventually turns around and puts him in the Kinniku Buster, beating him.
Also, Kinnikuman mistakes his name for Unko (poop), and tries to give him a toilet. Great Ukon responds by flipping out and crying, just like the first guy.

SUGGESTED COLOR: Yellow or Orange
This is the other non-MUSCLE in the group. Black Menrui's name is pretty witty, as menrui is a type of noodle, just like ramen. His pigtails glow when he powers up, and he fights Ramenman in a forest. The two have a Crouching Tiger-esque battle by leaping from treetop to treetop, kicking and punching in mid-air. They seem evenly-matched at first, but then Ramenman knocks Menrui off a branch and leg lariats him in the neck on the way down.

The OTHER Black Knight, not to be confused with the crossbow guy... Black Knight doesn't fare much better. He fights Robin Mask on a ring suspended over the ocean, but gets his tail kicked. You never actually see him successfully throw an attack. Robin Mask tosses him around for a bit, punches him several times, and then puts him in a Reverse Tower Bridge to defeat him. Black Knight's ear-fins glow when he powers up.

Black Buffalo is Terryman's opponent, because Buffalo = Texas, or something like that. He is not Buffaloman's opponent for some reason. They fight on a ring made of shifting sand, and Black Buffalo gains the advantage at first, but Terryman soon grabs him from behind and tears his face in half with Calf Branding. This fight gets a little more screen time than some of the others, like the Robin Mask vs. Black Knight fight, but not much happens here. His eyes glow when he powers up.

Black Rain is Brocken Jr.'s opponent, because Brocken has the Red Rain of Berlin, and Black Rain has.... a name. Black Rain is unique because he actually talks, challenging Brocken Jr. instead of just leaping at him. Unfortunately, this fight is just like Brocken Jr. vs. Black Fighter. It's the only one you see nothing of in the first group of scenes - the only time you ever see their fight is when Brocken is winning at the end. He suplexes Black Rain twice, punches him a few times (and takes a couple of punches in return, so Black Rain did better than Black KNight), and then shatters his face mask with the Red Rain of Berlin. Black Rain's visor glows when he powers up.
FUN FACT: Black Rain Will Return In Movie 4.

Black Bear is Warsman's opponent, because of the Russian Bear. he's a lot chunkier than his MUSCLE, too. They fight in a frozen cave. Black Bear's counterpart to Warsman's bear claws are the spikes on his feet, which he uses to gain an early advantage. However, Warsman punches him a few times, and then straight-up murders him with the Screw Driver. Ouch!

Black Sumo and Rikishiman fight in the desert, and their fight gets the most screen-time. Black Sumo's MUSCLE also looks WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than his actual appearance, in which he appears to be a brown blob. The MUSCLE added muscles, wrinkles, and textures. his eyes glow yellow when he powers up.
Black Sumo appears to be dominating at first, tossing RIkishiman down and kicking him. But RIkishiman soon gains the upper hand by grabbing Black Sumo by his head-wires and tossing him off-screen. Yes, that is how the fight ends - other guys got impaled or crushed or broken, but Black Sumo just gets thrown out of sight. He might be on the BEach right now, along with his counterpart from the TV Special.

These guys appear to be Black Emperor's personal guard. Their eyes are always glowing, but they probably powered up when everybody else did. They first take on Kinnikuman and utterly work him, usually with one holding him down while the others hammered him. Buffaloman soon intervened and took them all down by using his Longhorn attack over and over again, and tossing all five of them in a pile.
