Hi there guys, I have found this figure at a local flea market, some things claimed my attention, will describe:

1.- I doesn't have a trade mark, manufacturing year or anything
2.- It has one small number bellow of each foot
3.-It has also two small letters behind of each leg, "A" and "B"
4.- It measures about 6"
5.- It is made by a solid plastic, all the figure but the head, this is by a soft flexible plastic.

Unfortunately his chest was melted by a strange laser ray or other alien weapon, any info would be much appreciated.

Unintentionally funny ID given your avatar choice, haha.

Does seem to be accurate nevertheless! The gimmick for X-Changers was that they had armor and limbs compatible with each other, so you could make all sorts of combinations. This is the best image I could find of Terax, your figure. You can just barely tell it's him due to the legs, crotch, and that hideous face.

Hi Baltanll and all who have replied, thanks much for the info given, is indeed the same figure form the X Changers series, I was sure that it was a bootleg figure since it lacks of any info, do all the figures on this series have the same conditions?

And Baltanll, the figure in my avatar does it have trade mark, it is Tetsuwan Atomu, on the back of this small figurine comes the japanese trade mark  thanks for the info!!

I was talking about Scar1321's avatar, not yours. That character is the "superhero" Awesome-X, who also worked with a group of troopers known as the Xtacles. Lot of X-references, is all.

And guys, thanks for replies, I have found that is indeed a X-Change series figure, searchin' a little bit more, I've found that in sometime some latin american manufacturers used this same molds to make their own Motu figures, with interchangeable parts, and as far I could see this series is part of the Masters of The Universe.

One question, if someone owns one of these figures can confirm if they have a trade mark or something? Because I am guessing that the original X-Change figures do have one, meanwhile the Motu custom series does not.

Cheers everyone!!

And/or ka-kow! :joecool:

To answer your question nihonsei, this thread suggests that the legitimate versions should have a Spearhead Ind. trademark somewhere on the figure. If that's not the case, it could be a boot. I don't know jack shit about this toyline so I can't tell you anything more than what info I happen to find.

Thanks friend, I was figure out the same thing, in a web site could find that some latin america companies used the same molds to do their own versions of MOTU, so is probably this figure I have be one of them.

Cheers!

That site is awesome for finding bootleg 80's figures. If it's out there it's on that site!

BaltanII- I'm impressed with your excellent taste in TV shows! I really wish they would have went for a third season of FD! Archer's pretty good though. The only thing that bothers me is that Archer should have the Xander Crews voice. I'm a huge fan od H. Jon benjamin, but Archer is Xander Crews.

Frisky Dingo ended far before its time, and The Xtacles was just not nearly the successor we deserved OR needed. I love that show, and at the very least I'm an avid watched of Archer now. Which is also a fantastic show! I'm thrilled that it's such a success.

I can't agree with you about Sterling's voice, though. As similar as he is to Xander, they're not quite the same people and having Adam Reed basically voice a slightly different version of Xander would have cheapened the appeal of the series for me and made Archer seem too much like a clone of Frisky Dingo.

But we are way off-topic by this point.
