Report the seller. I'll bet you either get your figures, or your cash back.

Hey guys,

So I was on one of my facebook collector groups: Australian action figure collectors.
and a guy posted a pic, asking "what are these? I found them at an op shop for $2 and picked them up."
I reply with "those are monster in my pocket and boglins great find!"
other members of the group join in saying stuff like "oh yea, they're alright not that great though."
I was like you guys tripping or what?
the guy who found them didn't like them either, and asked "I don't really like them either, does anyone want them"
I jumped on it post haste!
end of the story, I let the action figure collectors keep their k-mart transformers and I'll keep my dope lot of my 2 favourite LRGs.

Thought I'd share ::)

$2 for that whole bunch? That is a steal! Granted I don't see any MIMP rares but a boat load of commons will definitely fetch more than that.

You've got a NP Skeleton in there - that's probably the most uncommon of those figures pictured. Great score though, in particular the variety of Boglin sculpts.

Nothing major, just around 8 or so figures consisting of Wrestlers In My Pocket and 2006 MIMP. The listing pictures showed the figures in piles, so it was hard to see what I was getting to some extent. I only cared about 2 figures within the lot anyways, plus the seller has given me a partial refund :)

Pretty excited about these. I got a Laser Beast, three armorvors, and apparently Weaponeers of Monkaa did a Kinnikuman Golem release. Awesome, right?

I'm debating whether I should open the Kinniku-Golem or not :p

I left my Kinniku-G sealed same as my other WoM figures. I like to collect them but don't have room to display them. I heard Spy Monkey might not be allowed to release the rest of the Kinniku-G stock, so whatever number was sold at Designer Con might be the only ones out there.

Thanks again, Eric! I like the Fistful of Aliens; in a way, they remind me a little of Gormiti. Might be picking up a few more in the not-too-distant future, I also need to leave you feedback. Better do that now, before I forget!

Okay, I got a veritable ton of Japanese Yokai (ghosts/spirits/monsters) figures recently, so I'll post them in more than one entry.  These guys almost all came with their own mini-dioramas, though I have added to them to flesh out the display.  First up:

Kaiyodo-Tengu.png
Kaiyodo-TenguMask.png
The Tengu. Generally, without their long-nosed masks, they are birds or dogs.  I love the detail of the mask over his shoulder.

Kaiyodo-Kappa.png
Here's Kappa in all of his intestine-eating glory.

Kaiyodo-Amakiri.png
Amakiri, who flies around and cuts fisherman's nets.

Kaiyodo-Nabebozu.png
Nabebozu, the Pot Head Monk. This does not mean what you think it means.

Kaiyodo-Dorotabo.png
Dorotabo, the undead spriit of a farmer who worked hard for his land, but whose son wasted it.  He emerges from the mud while screaming, "THIS IS MY LAND!"

Kaiyodo-AoBozu.png
Aobozu, theblue monk... who abducts children!

As a special bonus, this is what the "set" for that picture looked like:

More!

Kaiyodo-Kamaitachi.png
Kamaitachi, the Wind Weasel. They fly in groups of three, and cut you up with their scythe-like arms. They also heal you. For some reason.

Kaiyodo-Kawauso.png
Kawauso, the Otter spirit.  They can be friendly, they can be benign, they can be ischievous, or they can be murderous.

Kaiyodo-Kitsune.png
Kaiyodo-KitsuneMoon.png
Speaking of benign or monstrous, here's the Kitsune.  When they gain their seventh tail, their fur also becomes gold.

Kaiyodo-Nurarihyon.png
Nurarihyon, the Boss Of All Monsters.  And what nefarious deeds does this great ghost get up to?  When you leave yoru house, he sneaks in and eats up all the food.  Truly chilling!

Kaiyodo-Tsuchigumo.png
Tsuchigumo, the Dirt SPider.  Some legends state that it grows to be the size of an ox, and even gains the head and horns of such an animal.

Kaiyodo-Wanyudo.png
Wanyudo, the spirit of a wicked man forced to spend his afterlife as a flaming wheel.

Kaiyodo-Ningyo.png

Ningyo, the Japanese Mermaid.  If you capture one, she will bring misfortune on you.  They can also prophesy.

Kaiyodo-Kyokotsu.png

Kyokotsu, literally "Crazy Bones."  It jumps out from a well and goes BOO!

Kaiyodo-Nue.png

Nue, a terrifying beast that floats in the clouds and grants nightmares.

Kaiyodo-Nuppeppo.png

Nuppeppo, a benign blob of foul-smelling flesh.

Kaiyodo-Tesso.png

Kaiyodo-TessoStudy.png

Tesso, the soul of a monk who was cheated, wronged, and murdered by a rival monastery.  He and his army of rats destroyed that monastery.  The figure plugs in on top of the desk, but I've found that it also wors leaning over it, as if in study.

I was heavily looking into buying a set of those on YAJ a little over a year ago but the only ones that ever popped up in large batches were the mono "ink" colored ones. Your shots are cleared and more detailed than the product shots though, so now I really want to get a set. These are 100% in my wheelhouse.

Is that 2 series, or 3 in all?
