Hahaha yeah I think the time to piss and moan about a logo design.... would've been the whole time they were working on the logo design and voting on it.... after things have gone into production and what not... kind of late to tell them what to do with their product.

yeah especially since we have no say in this line at all (other than having a vote on a couple exclusive colors)... Its October Toys and they made these figures because of their love for muscle, but in no way are extending the line or making a direct relation, just a nod to them.

plus a lot of the things they have incorporated, have been voted on, not just ran with.

From the OMFG guy:

"Just so it's clear, NONE of these figures are even available yet, and won't be for at least a month or so. Every color will be clearly announced and links will be provided for where to pick up each color when they are actually available. 2 sites did not want to wait for an actual release and put up a pre-order, but that is all that has been announced so far."

The color figure inside is what is called a "first shot". It is a sample of the figure run in whatever color the factory is currently using at the time. This is not a color that is being made at this time, it is simply used to make a sample.

I thought that might be the case with the plum color. Makes me wonder about some oddly colored MUSCLE figs floating around.

That plum colour is excellent, keep that in mind for the Series 2 LRG exclusive perhaps ?

my update explained that the plum color was just what the factory was using at the time and therefore used for the test pull. it will not be a color released.

The maroon/red was just a test shot color. October Toys will have Flesh (and the black for the Kickstarter pre-orders). There has been a lot of feedback on that maroon color though, so hopefully they run those as well at some point.

Ralph is Ralph Niese, the sculptor of the Phantom Outhouse.

All of us artists who are going to make the special artists' colorway available will more than likely post here where they can be purchased when we actually get them. I'm still trying to figure out where I'm going to list mine.

While I'm posting something, I have to ask - why is this still in the Muscle section of the forum? I'm not saying OMFG! deserves its own subsection, but it's its own fully realized project now. It feels wrong for it to remain here instead of, say, getting stickied in Other Toys.
