Personaly I think the edward scissor hands was a neat idea. I've been tempted to do some movie themed BB. Maybe now I will!

They are all great customs but the Sea Lion won me over. Probably because he would go great along side my Shark Army.

I think Aug. 6th will be here before 50 votes. That's too bad, these deserve more attention from board members.Updated to allow voting! Please, everyone who can vote. Ok, I am not reading the posts, because I don't want to know who made what. My question Pete is this...
Are we judging solely on craftsmanship, concept, originality or all 3? What are the criteria? Because some have incredible concepts, extreme originality, and some have great craftsmanship. It is gonna be a tuff vote for me if it is a combination of all 3 criteria I listed, however, if it is purely on 1-2 of the criteria, it isn't that tuff of a vote.
PM me a response to my question because I don't want to accidentally read who made what in this thread.

I think it is just you picking YOUR favorite. So whichever one you like the best is what you vote for.
Also, you can read the thread cause Pete kept it quiet who the creators were.

Man, this was tough. Great job guys, but the one I picked (which is the current leader by chance) was just phenomenal. Great color scheme and the knees were really cool.

voted for Edward Scissorhands lion, it made me laugh.
I also really liked Sea Lion and just the idea of magnets on a Battle Beasts feet.

Agreed...and id also like to add an option for choosing ones top 3 would be fitting as well (as opposed to ones favorite).
Divide & conquer works because of attachments people make to push-button issues, individual "leaders," parties, clans, tribes, policies, or agendas, leaving them open to manipulation.

It was hard for me to pick just one. They all look great! I personally like Sea Lion, Edward Lion, and Demon God Lion the best out of all. Those three are just too cool. XD
So... after comparing those three lions, I voted for Sea Lion. I love the colors, it's appealing to me and the color matches too. The painting job is very smooth too.
Though I think someone should have customized a Pirate Lion to look like a sea pirate. With an eye patch and a wooden peg leg. And maybe an annoying talking parrot on his shoulder. That would have been funny. I mean... Pirate Lion. :P
Anyway, enough rambling from me, everyone did a great job! ^_^

And the results are in! First Place goes to Tribal Lion created by Skippy2003! 2nd Prize goes to Borg Lion created by White Leo! 3rd Prize goes to Edward Scissorhands Lion created by Pooyabee! Great job! The others were awesome as well and the creators of those lions are: Aqua Gear Lion by Asator, Sea Lion by Lhssenior, Anti-Leo by Czarcher, and Demon God Lion by Articulationnut! I hope everyone had a good time making and viewing these fantastic customs. I thank everyone who participated in creating a lion and who voted in the contest. Maybe there will be another contest like this in the future! (Eaon should start a shark contest!) Anyway, now to concentrate on Steve's MUSCLE/BB drawing contest!

Great job all around guys and a big congrats to the winners! I'm glad many of you enjoyed my Sealion as my camera is a load of crap so it's the first I've really been able to show of my custom work on the board here. The contest was definitely a great idea and I'd love to see more events like this in the future!!
