oh I don't know, I rather enjoyed watching the Cowboys stomp the Eagles. I almost even felt sorry for them B)

Yeah, I'm sure you did, considering it was only the 5th time the Cowboys managed to win in the last 17 times they played the Eagles. <_< We were obviously feeling sorry for you.

(The Eagles are broken, and it's time to rebuild. We need to start with the QB position.)

Paybacks are a beotch. Thats just revenge for the whoopings the Ravens handed us last year. Now all we have to do is beat the Browns to lead the the AFC North.

And how about that loser Ben? 5 TDs!? Who'd have thought, eh? If he gets any better I may have to start liking him.

Good football weekend all around for me. :)

Rutgers beat Army! (My cousin, Chris Demarest, is assistant coach.)

Kutztown beats Millersville in triple overtime! (My other cousin, Kyle Spotts, is the QB and is #30 out of 117 QB on NFL Draft Scout.com. Oh, and he scored the game-winning TD, haha.)

Eagles beat Redskins! (No relations at this time, although the Eagles have been looking at Kyle, as have the Giants and the Patriots. )

Anyone hear anything about the Baltimore vs Browns game??? Where they called the field goal no good, reviewed it at the end of the game, then called it good and forced the game into overtime. Some of the Ravens had already gone into the locker room and taken off their uniforms. <_<

Im not football expert, but isnt reviewing a feild goal illegal?

About 4 minutes left to play in this one,but I think its a safe bet that its going to be a win
Patriots move to 10-0

The Patriots are a MACHINE. To be honest, I was said to see that they were the night game because I knew it was going to be a boring game! <_<

Anyhow, my Eagles are next on the chopping block! Here is the game plan they MUST use if they have any hope of winning. I'll be calling both Andrew and James to tell them later today. :)

Offense: The Patriots will easily, painfully easily, shut down Westbrook and the Eagles offense. Therefore, the Eagles must do a few things:

(1) Every pass must be beyond the 10-yard mark so if it's a completion, it's a first down
(2) They must try 1-2 deep passes EVERY possession
(3) Run Westbrook at least once each possession

Even if McNabb or Feely has a horrible pass percentage, throwing deep and getting lucky 2-3 time or more is our only chance.

Defense: The Patriots are going to PICK APART the Eagles without even breaking a sweat! They will easily put up 40-50 points. Here is what the Eagles D must do:

(1) Blitz
(2) Blitz
(3) Blitz

Brady and Moss will STILL pick them apart, getting 21-28 points easily, but if the Eagles can blitz and put 4-5 good PAINFUL hits on Brady, it is their only chance to keep the score below 35.

Bring every kind of blitz package and hit Brady in the mouth. Maybe we force a turn-over, a fumble from Brady, or an interception and get a defensive score.

It our ONLY hope. :( But really, the Eagles have NOTHING to lose and everything to gain in this game. The pressure is off of them and I hope they come out and have fun. How awesome for me if they are the first team to beat the Pats. Will it happen, probably not, but it might!

:D

PS -- I was at the Eagles game this weekend and McNabb got hurt AGAIN. We went on to win and had an awesome 4-play goal line stance! My seat was in the 4th row, right on the goal line. It was AWESOME!

I don't know if it's illegal, but I do know that officials don't want to get fined for bad calls in games...which is why they probably reviewed it. The field goal was good though, so we definately can't take that away from the Browns.

Don't worry about it Andrew, your team didn't lose 56-10.... :)

I just realized the above game plan is exactly what the Eagles do every week. Which is why I love them so much. :)

But we're doomed. <_<

Vegita, I haven't yet seen that play (was on the road all day and at the Eagles game) but I heard plenty about it. I can't wait to see today after workl on SportsCenter. Something kinda similar happened in the triple over time Kutztwon game against Millersville. We stopped them on the goal line at the end of the half and the clock ran out, no flags.

BOTH teams went into the locker rooms and were getting undressed -- then after there was NO time on the clock and NO flag, the officials called a penalty on Kutztwon. Bad, just bad.

:) great game plan bro.....except the Pats have tore apart any team that has blitzed!! Now that they stampeded my Bills in both games they've played....I hope they go on undefeated, and how awesome would that be if the Dolphins went 0-16 the year thier precious record of the only undefeated season gets matched!!! :( Man I hate the dolphins......and the broncos....and the Patriots....and the cowboys....

:)

Yeah, you're exactly right. The Pats offensive line, the ability of their receivers to get open, and Brady's lazer accurate passes are just sinister! I hope the Eagles just go out and bring the big stuff on O and D. If the Pats trample us, at least we will have gone all out.

Unfortunately, the Eagles have a rhythm offense that hasn't been very rhythmy, if you know what I mean. It won't be too hard at all for the Pats to disrupt it. (But you never, never know.)

So true! And Philly fans... We are so fickle! At halftime this Sunday, when our Eagles came on the field we filled the stadium with boos! What a bunch of bums, we said!

Then when we won the game 17-7, we cheered and cheered our amazing heroes!

We're bad like that, teehee.
