i call c ysnt p a thanka.... that would be redikdik... i have some figs that look almost identical to really clean muscle you know before they get darker from dirty hands... same shine same hardness. but very very slightly less flesh looking. i almost doubt you could tell a difference in average quality pics

As mentioned already, I'm in the process of fixing things I screwed up on. I apologize to the board if a member of this forum really wanted this, but I wanted to make things right with Alex. I know others in the past have issues with him, but I don't. I screwed up, I apologized, but still want things right. Don't get me wrong, by no means is he getting this for free. I will be adding another piece to the M.U.S.C.L.E. story line if the cards fall my way.

Also, I will not be hoarding Super Rares. I know of at least two other members of this forum who want one, and are serious about it. I will not be buying another one for myself; however, that doesn't mean I won't be bidding on one for someone else who is a member of this forum, and this forum only. If the individual is willing and ready to roll with the bid, then I will. If I don't get contacted to bid, then I'll be backing off and give others a shot. We averaged, what, one SR every 6 months this year (not SHA or BHS)?

Congrats vette buddy!!! I know you aren't keeping it but you better post some sweet pics of it with the rest of your stellar collection!

Oh trust me, I will. If it can stand on its head, I'll be taking one that makes it look like he is mooning you.

I saw someone make a comment in the shout box about getting reinstated in CTL, so:

If you honestly think I'm doing this to get reinstated in CTL only, you're out of your freaking mind!! I don't go spending $1025 to just get reinstated on a website.


Also, there isn't some kind of twisted, secret squirrel, ninja, communist theory to this either. A few have a way of making things up/not believing members, so I just wanted to add that.

I feel like I know vette's style in muscle collecting from having dealt with him A LOT! He doesn't do things to make money in this hobby but he does do things to make fair trades happen that otherwise wouldn't(ex. my purple #15). I've learned from him and I do the same thing. It usually works great for both parties involved!

In addition, if I were in vette's situation I would feel like I would want to make things right too (even though vette isn't at fault and many others probably contacted the seller too). My point is I'm glad to see another collector in our hobby that isn't selfish or greedy. We have seen what happens to people that will cut your throat for money/toys and it ruins the fun for a lot of collectors who aren't so serious about it.

I hope things line up for you vette and it works out, if not, YOU GOT A DM!!!

However, if you can score a SR that you like better in the deal, that is excellent news!

In a nutshell, by the time you contacted the seller, 3-4 people had already done the same, so it wasn't you who initially nuked the deal for him. Based on the comments at the beginning of this whole mess, I thought you realized that.

In all honesty, I don't. I already have a flesh SR, and I'm not going to watch ebay to try to get all SRs. Trust me, getting the other item I want adds to my M.U.S.C.L.E. toy line story theme. I'm killing two birds with one stone with this.

I know I wasn't the only one, but I shouldn't have done my knee jerk reaction of contacting the seller. I consider Alex a friend, and I don't like the idea of screwing him. I know others see it differently, and I respect that.

It is another toy forum focusing on GPK Cheap Toys, owned and moderated mostly by banned members of LRG. It's a place where you can go if you like a never ending kum-ba-ya circle jerk, happy type of feeling, where reality can be whatever you want it to. Oh, and if you don't bow down and worship those in charge, you can get banned at the drop of a hat.
We have several members here who visit there regularly and even more who have been banned for no real reason at all, other than being suspected "LRG Spies".
They regularly use words like NIGURZ, NIGRUZ, talk about how much vicodin they ingest and also about how they run around nekkid with their toys.

But hey, don't take my word for it, go visit yourself.

as far as ctl is concerned the place sucks! seriously. i went there as i was curious and found that the place is a big gollum circle jerk with a smattering of cool people. it is true tho, if you don't bow and worship gollum you will be booted. i am not upset at the lifetime ban. i just wish i had earned it legitimately

Vette is a good guy, ive sold to him when I was dumping my collection off on ebay. Seems honest, and sincere about wanting to be fair to collectors. All of those points I can respect, and I think its great to have collectors that are generous and good to deal with in this hobby. I really like having him around here on the forum too.

The only thing that totally rubs me the wrong way about all of this is the person he is giving the figure to is the exact opposite of all of those qualities I just described. So he is showing he is being generous by giving the figure to the most greedy mother effer in the whole hobby? Alex has contacted ebay sellers when others offered early buy outs, its what happened when Johnny got the purple claw. If anybody else was able to have the seller end it, Alex would have been the first person to contact them. So I really dont think that vette was in the wrong. I personally think buy outs are kind of shady, I never have and never will offer one, which is why the only rare pieces I have are from honest sellers like Johnny. I think vette should keep the Dm, unless Alex is offering a hell of a lot of stuff to him like he has to other owners of rares. Keep in mind though, if he says he is trading you a one of a kind item, he most likely has 3-4, otherwise he wouldnt trade it. Don't get suckered in man, thats his specialty. Make sure you are getting what its worth in a trade if you do decide to trade. Thats all im saying.

As far as CTL, I have never even visited that shizznit hole, why would any respectful and honest member of this forum want to go to a place where the majority of the folk there and even worse the owners and moderators there are scum bags that got banned from here for being dishonest, lying, backstabbing pieces of shizznit? It really confuses me. Sure if I wanted to get screwed over, ripped off, lied to by strangers, ultimately banned for being honest, and then talked about behind my back yeah maybe i would go there.
