Nice one stronty, saves me having to scan it. Do you have the two playset things from that series? I've only seen them turn up a couple of times on ebay. I know one guy who has them but they seem pretty hard to get hold of

I don't have any of the accessories, don't think I have any of the weapons either, although I have a few ninjas. Couldn't tell you which ones though, I haven't ever sat down and sorted out my ninja collection. I found that scan on the web a short while back, a better quality scan would be desirable though :)

Oh, and thanks for downvoting my helpful post, Brojo. I guess the suggestion that you upload a few images instead of making someone jump through hoops to get them deserved it?

You seem to be on a mission to piss off one of the few people on this forum who doesn't (or should I say, didn't) think you're an insufferable arsehole.

Wanker.

I'll have a go at scanning it - I need to do a scan for darryl and can get that done today. I don't know what it'll come out like as the booklet is pretty small but I'll have a go.
I only need a couple of ninjas/weapons for the set not including the accessories bits. One of them is karate sid which doesn't turn up much except the one on ebay for a crazy starting price unfortunately.

I've got ninja vulture and terror dactyl spare with weapons if anyones interested and dirty hari kari without a weapon.

Anyhow I'll get onto that scan now for you :)

Here we go stronty - scanned in both sides, didnt scan in the bit where you attach a 50p coin for the karate sid figure as it wouldnt fit on the scanner bed.
If the resolution is a bit big or something like that let me know and I'll resize

Maybe I'm wrong, but weren't the "Twist-a-Fist" and "Crunch Punch" (shown in the scans) originally marketed with the Wrestlers line? Did they just repackage them for the Ninjas?

Not sure on that, I only remember the wrestler stuff that turns up now and again - the ring, podium, vs board, weights bench and so on. Though I'd not be surprised if they marketed the ninjas bits for the wrestlers first.

Dazz, I'd prefer to trade the ninja vulture with his weapon, bt if you really want the weapon then I can part with it on its own. What would you want to trade for it bud?:)

I'll do a scan of that packaging that Strontium found, if anyone's up for that? Only ever got eight ninjas, back when Kwik Save was selling them cheap at 49p per packet. Remember Kwik Save???

Here we go - scans of the front and back of the packaging. Just had to take off the plastic bubble bits (after sixteen years!) because it wouldn't fit in the scanner otherwise:

Seems I was wrong about the price too, more like £1.99 a pack or something. It's been a long time, sorry.

The "Twist-a-Fist" and "Crunch Punch" were marketed for
the Monster Ninja In My Pockets but were put in lots on ebay
with Monster Wrestlers In My Pocket.I've only seen the sets
about 3 times in 4 years,1 won by me on ebay ,1 sold by petersmitharcher
ebay,and another one one ebay.
Thanks guys for the scans. I noticed that Sayonara Sucker has a smaller version
of Showgun Slashers weapon and also on the back of the POGS Sayonara Sucker has the
same weapon as Showgun Slashers. But the past couple o ebay auctions has a three
pronged fork weapon for him. Which one is his proper weapon?
Also the pamphletes + card back show Bigfoot Kickboxer with a Yellow
barbell weapon, mine is Red,anyone see or have the yellow version of that weapon?
Thanks.

I've never seen a yellow weapon for him, so maybe it was a prototype like the triton with his little trident thing, or the super scaries in dull colours.

My sayonara sucker has a 3 pronged weapon, maybe it was a complication or change at the last minute for the figure. The art was done already but they opted to change it? Anyone know anything or hesitate a guess? :)

Why on earth do they have a picture of Sabretooth from the Monster Wrestlers instead of a Ninja? Very strange.

Did the Wrestler packs used to have a similar image on the back (of the pog stack)? I can't recall myself, but if so, they probably didn't want to shell out on fresh artwork, especially as most kids wouldn't notice.

Either that, or there was a second series of wrestlers planned, that eventually got turned into the Ninjas. The artwork was done when wrestlers were planned. I have no facts to corroborate this theory, just a thought.

Are these figures available in multiple colour schemes?

Started sorting my Ninjas and Wrestlers last night, and I noticed one of my Sayonara Sucker figures was grey. The other two I have are the normal purple colour and all the others I've seen have been purple too.

Thats a new one, all of my ninjas are in the colour schemes depicted on the checklists and so on, maybe there are second colour versions. I know a guy who's got the full set and hes not got a grey version of that though. Pretty cool, any chance of putting up a photo of it at all?
