UPDATE!I just completed the user portion of the checklist. http://www.beastformers.com/checklist.cfmYou will notice at the top of the checklist page, there is a Log In link. This will take you to log in (or register, if you haven't already done so). Once you log in, you will be able to track your collection online, as well as you associated costs, versus the current market value of your collection. To add a figure to your collection, it is as easy as entering the price you paid for the figure and clicking the "Add figure" button. Once you do, you will be asked a few minor questions, such as: Location purchased (ebay, YahooJP, Private Sale) Date purchased (if you can remember) and whether the figure was MISB, had it's weapon, or rub. Simple as that. Check it out and let me know how you like it.

Hi y'all. Just visited your beastformer.com checklist. Great picturecollection! But I also noticed the following: You put up a picture of some bb's moc where you added the following line: "factory error: wrong weapons inserted" But this was in fact the way they were sold over here in Belgium (and probably the rest of mainland Europe), they practically never had there own weapon, probably an attempt to increase sales, to get the matching beastweapons... So, I wouldn't consider this a rarity or even a "factory error" since it was definitely done on purpose. Greetz, DK77. PS When I was a kid, me and my little brother were missing several weapons, due to this practice

"Bludgeonly Bulldog" is incorrect, and is actually "Bludgeoning Bulldog". I will get these corrected later today.

QUOTE (lord @ Mar 17 2010, 11:03 PM) If Takara would like to make old style BB why wouldn't they use the Beastformers name ?
Maybe we will finally see someday what is the mystery hidden in the Laser Beasts book last page ! Fo rthose who don't have access to the japanese books the last page of the BB one gave a preview of the Laser Beasts figures and the Laser Beasts book only show a figure in the shadow. 2 or 3 weeks ago I added all the new prices I had given for my new beasts and then I had purchased some more so I went to update again and all my old updates were deleted???

We had some server trouble a few weeks back and lost about 2 weeks of data in some instances. I'll bet that is what happened to your info. Apologies.

Yep, the price guide is set to round to the nearest dollar.
I can't recall why I coded that in though.
I can definitely add in the new figures. Can you get some clear pics and post them here, similar to the style that are already in the guide?

QUOTE (Bermuda Mohawk @ Apr 24 2010, 11:13 AM) A few questions about inputting values. I have never added any of the prices I have sold things for. The guide is very collector focused, where the buyers add info based on what they have and at what price they bought it.
Have I just been hurting the guide by not adding sellers info? Or should it be left to the buyers only to avoid duplicate additions as I have felt all this time? Originally, the plan was for collectors to track their own transactions, and for the guide mods to input other ebay transactions. However, if you want to put in what you sold an item for, you can, and then delete it from your collection list. The transaction record will stay to work the average, but the item will be removed from your collection records. The new version of the guide is almost done, just about 8-12 hours of coding left, when I get the time.

Here's a few pics I got off of the net. I currently own the black C2E2 Battle Beast but I plan on keeping him sealed. I'll try finding one of the C2E2 figure opened. See if any of these pics help for now.
