Does anyone find it odd that there is only one picture and it's really small?

And this seller doesn't accept paypal.

Even with good pics I'd have trouble with not being able to pay with paypal.

That's because eBay actively prohibits auctions that don't accept Paypal, with a very few exceptions.

If I was Jay I would be saying pleaseeeeee buy into the issue there only being one picture.  Please buy into the issue of the guy only having this figure.  Please don't think I would ask the guy any specific questions.  I would hope this scares people off even though ebay does have buyer protection (Jay has used effectively).
