So this has been making the rounds on the internet, and I know it's become a bit of a cliche at this point to say, "What did I just watch?" but seriously...what the hell did I just watch?! Norwegians are mystical creatures.

haha tha'ts awesome. So yeah I asked my Norwegian friend about this and she just said she doesn't understand why it's so popular, and that apparently these guys didn't want to perform this song (though she didn't say how they came to do so or where it came from) so they're apparently self-aware of how ridiculous it is.

 

Seems like the latest 'Gangnam Style' (uuuuugh) to me.

From what I understand, they're essentially The Lonely Island of Norway. Also, their song about Jan Egeland is awesome. You will sing it in your head forever.
