I'm also stealing a format from a previous Romando review. Sorry about the crappy cell phone photo.... I'm writing this at work. You'll notice the hand sanitizer in the back... I guess Ashuraman needs a lot of it with all those extra hands he has

Company: Romandoh

Packaging: Blister pack. You pretty much have to tear open the package to get the figure out, so i didn't worry too much with trying to save it. Ashuraman is now standing tall and the package is in the trash. pretty generic package overall... nothing exciting

Where Can I Buy It?: I bought this from jkaris, but I assume you can find them other places as well

Price Range: $60

Sculpt (4 out of 5):
Well sculpted figure in my opinion. Very solid... nice and heavy.

the head and the faces around the look a little small to me. They are probably better though than if they tried to make the head too big and awkward looking.

the armor bands on the biceps and the helmet remind me of he-man armor which also looks kind of cheap. i would have like to have seen a bit more put into the armor pieces

The arms feel hollow, but that is a good thing because they would be way too heavy otherwise in my opinion. the figure would have a lot of trouble standing if that is the case

Paint (4.5 out of 5)
Nice airbrush look to the figure... skin is very glossy and the tunic he is wearing has a matte finish with shading around chest and ab regions. even the glossy skin areas are shaded around the muscles.

Articulation (3.5 out of 5):
Lots of points of articulation on this guy. Each of the 6 shoulders is on a giant ball joint that has pretty limited range, but there are the elbows and the wrists that rotate. The shoulders work for what they are considering 6 arms had to fit on the normal-sized torso. Since there are so many arms, they get in the way of one another so there is only so much movement they can do.

Also, The arms look like they pop off pretty easily when you try to position them, so that can be annoying

There is a joint in the mid-torso that is a little loose. either the figure looks hunched over or loses its balance when you tilt this joint back

There are also points at the hips, knees and ankles which are very handy for balancing all the weight that is in the torso and 6 arms

Finally the head spins around to reveal all three of Ashuraman's faces

Points for lots of articulation but subtract a little for the loose torso

Accessories (N/A):
No accessories

Coolness (4 out of 5):
If his torso joint was tight, he gets a 5. I'm really liking this figure

Value (3 out of 5):
I think these Romandoh figures are always going to get mid-range value scores. This looks and feels a lot better than most figures I have, but it also cost 3 times as much.

Overall (3.75 out of 5):
If you are an Ashuraman fan, this figure is a cool one to have. the multi-colored version looks even better honestly, but it is almost twice as much for a paint job and i just couldnt rationalize that expense. I am really digging this figure though.

Bonus points - I like his pissed off face, the sweet paint job and the figure smells good (always important for me :D ). Looks awesome and menacing standing there

Negative points - loose torso joint makes his upper body floppy... a little pricey (but it was expected)... small head

Overall a good buy for me!
