I recently got a flesh MUSCLE figure (Sunshine Top) with what appears to be the same type of color bleed on him. Has anyone else seen this on MUSCLE before? It's a first for me, but from the size and spacing of the stains it looks like they were transfered from another MUSCLE's feet.
Just thought it was worth mentioning, since the material used in MIMP is very different from MUSCLE

I believe I've seen it a couple times with MUSCLE, but it's much less common. With MUSCLE, usually it's ink or overall color fading.
My guess is that MUSCLE can't stain other MUSCLE, but that they can possibly be stained by other objects (maybe the one you have was stored with other figures?).

At the risk of veering too far off-topic, I can give a tiny bit more info about the provenance of that figure. It came from an eBay lot and there was one other figure with similar red staining.
It's not as pronounced in the pic as it is in real life, but the discoloration is on the left arm (the figure's right). On this one and the Sunshine it certainly seems like the plastic is deeply and permanently stained by something.
