Hhwhat!? I'm the first to vote for 127? This sculpt was one of the best for having battles with the other figures.

In any case, looking at the two of them now, #127 is the more unique, superior sculpt. Spiked plates for hands? Fun.

I don't care for #152's pose.

I evened up the votes. The giant spiked hands make 127 look like one of the most powerful MUSCLEs ever, whereas the weird arms make 152 look like one of the weakest.

But I'm shocked that the votes are even.... could this be the biggest upset ever? :lol:

This competition comes down to hands.

#127 has a basic body, but the spikes seemingly come out of his chest are pretty cool. His head also has a unique quality – almost mask-like.

#152 has an awesome body sculpt. His shoulder strap looks great (even if it’s Terri-Bull-esque) and his head is very cool.

At this point they are perfectly even in my mind. Unfortunately both have hand issues. While #127 has these cool big-block hands, they are just bigger versions of figure #57 (I think it’s 57?). His hands also make him difficult to stand-up sometimes. #152 seems to have the exact opposite hand issue – they seem wimpy. I’ve always thought it looked like the figure was unfinished or that his hands came out too hot and sort of folded over as it cooled.

I guess my vote comes down to two things: (1) #127 has cooler hands; and (2) #127 would be a kick-ass toy while #152 would not be any fun.

Well, Mongolman gets my vote. While Junkman has the spiky hands, the airtank shaped head is just so unique.

Im not sure what the exact criteria is but overall ...#127 looks better, would seem to offer more "play value" , and has a facial expression that reminds me of meatwad for some reason.

No clue...

#152 on the other hand brings to mind the Russell PEters quote from his stand up comedy routine :
"Are...you of the gay?"

Perhaps a different head pose (at the least) would have helped as well as a different head but that would make him a different character altogether.

Ah MAN!!! What a match up!!! :( Junkman was one of my favorite figures as a kid, but I LOVE that sculpt of Mongol Man! I think if I were still a kid and knew nothing of Kinnikuman that I would easily go with Junkman, but after playing games and reading manga I really dig Mongol man, and this outfit from his team up with Buffaloman. Sooooo Hard!!! For me it comes between personal taste or playability.


So what Veers? Do these last like 2 days?

I went with 127! One of my favorites. I never liked 152's pose, because I thought he looked like a girl (no offense girls here) and spikes always beat out a "girlieman" :(

So what Veers? Do these last like 2 days?

It just depends. At first it was going to be a week, but that would have made the tournament way too long. Now it's best to check the board every day to check for new games and make sure you get to vote.

Maybe the last few rounds will be a week between match-ups.

Voted #127 for two reasons:

A: I really like his spikes :(
B: His opponent seems like an emotionless wimpy zombie-figure to me.

I went with #127,I think everyone above has stated all of my reasons :( .The one thing that bugs me is how does he pick his nose. :ph34r:
#152 To me always looked like they forgot to add his purse. -_-

127 all the way, those giant stone hands would F up your day! Besides 152 looks like the guy that greets you in the entrance of any Walmart I've ever been in. Now, nothing against the mentally handicapped but I wouldn't put my money on them in a fight :(

I don't know, I think most of those figures didn't make the tournament - but that might be a good tournament too, "Which is the worst MUSCLE figure?" :lol:

good idea, pit those with the most votes against each other. I had to go with junkman myself, just a way cooler figure--tougher looking
