#2 had one of the toughest first round games. A game people were worried would end in a tie, but #2 was able to pull out a one vote win. In the second round it was an easy 12 vote victory over Meat (#189). #193 destroyed his opponent in the first round by 19 votes and his second round opponent by 14 votes. Here is the second of two games for Round 3 in Region 2:

This was a pretty tough choice for me as I like both scuplts, but I went with 193 because the whole snake body motif is just too damn awesome.

Part of me thinks this is a no-brainer, it’s #193. Hell, I didn’t even vote for #2 in the last round. We have a really great match-up here. I see it as icon vs. favorite.
In terms of figure quality, both of these figures have it. Both have great details and wonderful designs. My struggle seems to stem from one issue. Just by looking at it, which is the truly the better figure?
#2 earns some points as a MUSCLE icon. The Claw, the brick guys, the baby figures, and the bad guy – this figure. #2 is one of the MUSCLE figures people would know even without seeing him (as long as they’re somewhat familiar with MUSCLE). #193 wouldn’t have that ability.
But if a kid (or collector) didn’t know anything about MUSCLE figures, which figure would they pick-up? I think the answer is #193. There is something universally interesting and appealing about #193, and that’s what makes him the better figure.
I think I would have voted differently if the question was, "Which is the better MUSCLE?"

Man, i've been voting for that Buffaloman sculpt all the way through, but i just love Cobra Satan's design way too much not to vote for him. By far one of the most interesting of all the M.U.S.C.L.E. designs as far as i'm concerned. So long, Terri-Bull. It's been fun.

I haven't voted once for this Buffaloman so far this tournament. And I've voted every time for Cobra Satan. But this time, I reversed it and went for Buffaloman. While Cobra is awesome, I found a new appreciation for this Buffaloman sculpt while taking pictures for the MUSCLE Archive, so my vote goes to Buffaloman. Although I doubt he'll be a serious contender in this game.

I'm gonna have to stick with #2 as I have been doing! I've practically exhausted all my reasons in the past matches. I don't think I've voted for 193 at all. I still feel that #2 is superior in design and sculpt. He is also one of those muscles that I find completely irresistible in any color! But 193 can be awesome in that regard as well. But he just isn't one of my favorites, and his bland design aside from his original sculpt, just doesn't do it for me. Oh, and I hate his head. If he had a Snigator style head he would probably be a top one for me.

This was tough (as are most of the matches this round). I love Jake the Snake and he is just a bad ass sculpt. But.... the Terri-Bull sculpt is incredible. All the detail in it, his outfit. Add to that his status as a M.U.S.C.L.E. icon and he gets the win!
I was actually pulling a set last night and thinking about what figures come to mind when you think M.U.S.C.L.E. The claw (#153), the announcer (#162), the 2 Nikus (#189, #60), SUnchine (#3), Terri-Bull (#2) and MuscleMan (#141). Sorry Cobra Satan, you just aren't in that league.

Yeah, really. I don't like that, not after the way 193 has swept through his competition before.

Who was the guy that was put on the first bootleg MUSCLE shirt? Was it Kinnikuman? NO! It was Buffaloman. Who did everyone want from the Mega Match game and the Wrestling Ring? Buffalo Man!

Jake the Snake is a really awesome figure that sticks out from the rest. Terri-bull is cool 'n all but just seems like he has something missing.

By far this is the hardest choice i have had to make so far....
Both these figures are amongst my favourites but i voted for Terribull. I cannot really say specifically why, both sculpts are awesome, Slugman is original, beautiful simple detail, cool alien face, and three fingered hands. Terribull is mean looking and nicely detailed, i said in one of my earlier posts that 139 had the coolest hair, but now i remember it was actually no. 2
He is legendary, i love him!

This is madness! Cobra Satan was destined for the finals, maybe even to clash against the Claw in the final round (cause we all know where he's going...)! He's not supposed to be losing!
