i voted for the little guy last time and i genuinely thought he was the better sculpt, just like in this case i genuinley LOVE the Mammoth Man.

This was without a doubt the hardest choice i've had to make in this tournament so far. They're both amazing figures, both in my personal top five. In the end i went with the Announcer. They're both flawless in my opinion, so it had to come down to the only advantage one might have over the other. The ability to stand up.

I have to admit, even though I think the little "baby" sculpts are super-lame, the announcer guy fills an important role in the m.u.s.c.l.e. line. I mean, its much more fun to have figures wrestle if there is a little lame-wad dork announcing the match. And hey, sometimes the battle spills out of the ring and he might just get swept up in the melee. Everyone loves when an announcer gets belted "accidentally". So, I think he fills an important role. I voted for the Mammoth guy cuz, come on, he's fnckin t!ts!

Sorry announcer dude. I respect your position but you still suck compared to that beast.

I went with announcer but Mammothman is my second favorite left in the tournament, had I read asators' comments I prob. would have voted diffrently

Mammothman for me. This is the first time I've voted against the Announcer. He's a great figure, but nothing compared to the prehistoric awesomeness of Mammothman.

I really don't get this at all. Mammothman really, really, really is not this good. He shouldn't have made it this far. Nobody thinks "MUSCLE" looking at this guy, he barely stands up, and several have that indentation on his right tusk that throws off the detail a bit. This guy's top 20 material, maybe top ten, but nowhere near contender material alongside the Claw. It's just... odd.

I think Mammothman has made it this far due to a healthy turnout by BB/LB collectors. It'll be interesting to see how the keshi collectors affect the next tourney (BB/LB) as well.

It'll be interesting to see how the keshi collectors affect the next tourney (BB/LB) as well.

We'll have to find some pink, half-naked Battle Beasts to drum up some interest.

When you have tubes for legs, like some versions of Kendaman and of course Mammothman, imperfect cuts of plastic flash or the slightest warping of the legs will have a much more likely impact on your ability to stand. Only one of the 163s I have will stand up perfectly, and obviously it's not an uncommon problem.

I hadn't considered the contingent of Battle Beast collectors at all, Johnny. I'm too used to dealing with guys that either collect both or only MUSCLE around here. That really makes a lot of sense.

Yeah, I hadn't thought about the BB guys in this contest either. How many of them are voting? Only a few of them post in these tourneys so it is hard to tell. And I would think there would be at least 30 active Muscle guys who would vote.
