Which is the overall better figure?

The question for this tournament is, "Which is the overall better figure?"

Note: This tournament features many different types of figures, please consider the entirety of a figure (sculpt, detailing, materials, originality, etc.) when voting. Additionally we ask for understanding with the lack of consistent pictures. Do not dismiss a figure because of a poor picture. Please feel free to post a better picture of the figure you selected.

crap... i can't believe i actually voted for a trash bag bunch figure. especially after decrying them in a previous poll. bottom line though, if i was to choose between the two, i'd rather play with slobber.

I'm a real Gormiti fan, but something in Slobber appeals to my very Essence, I don't know if it's his green goblin like skin, His protuding skeleton like bones, his cats eyes or the very comical pair of "Grandad" like Dentures. Which ever it is, it stirs up all my favourite child hood memories and just begs for me to play with him!

So yeah... My vote is going to Slobber

Both are ok, but Slobber is just better. Maybe it is the lame paint on the Gormiti.

Well, i can't believe i voted against my beloved Gormiti - sometimes you just have to do what you feel is right.

There is no doubt about it, if it came to the crunch your eyes would always gravitate towards 'Slobber', his bright green skin and neon orange eyes draw you in before he gobbels you up

A smuch as i am a fan of Gormiti, 'Profound Horror' just does not inspire me as much, i kind of like this other sculpt better in the standard colour (for some reason his name changes to 'Deepdownfear' (i cannot decide if that name is utterly awful or the best name in the world!!))

I've got to go with Profound Horror if for nothing else than the name alone. Slobber seems a bit generic. I swear I've seen this figure before in several toylines at one point or another.

If this were your average Gormiti mold, it would be a total toss-up for me, but that's gotta be the coolest Gormiti I've ever laid my eyes on (not that I've seen too many, but still).

if the gormiti sculpt was from the cartoon series deepdownfear, it'd be no contest. that is the ultimate gormiti sculpt and by far the coolest. but since this is the lesser version, in the translucent plastic no less, it couldn't get my vote.

This is tough. Slobber is one of the top TBB figs, and was one I was ecstatic about finally getting.

However I've seen this Gormtii before as well, and it's actually one of the ones that stand out to me. I liked the clear red color, makes me think of Yummy Mike & Ikes. :p

So now I'm trying to decide to either go with the vintage guy who is well deserving, or the new guy who stands out to me as a pretty cool sculpt.

I think I'm voting for the Gormtii.

I really dig this sculpt its simple clean and im feeling the soft paint job.

Slobber looks like the Joker on crack, not feeling it.

Slobber looks like some trash mob in a video game where the Gormiti dude would be a boss. Both are pretty cool though.

For me this is a close one. My instinct is to go with the TBB figure.

It's biggest shortcoming is that it looks to much like these:
Posted Image
I don't know what came first, but it doesn't matter. Two figures that close don't score points for originality.

The problem with the Gormiti - it feels like a 90's figure. "Let's give it a dark name, some of those pointy things on the arm, a scary skull-like head, and a scary name." It even has the 90's colors to boot. Having said all of that, the figure is still cool.

So who gets my vote? I've got to go with the Gormiti. Those other colors looked cool, and a custom could look pretty badass.

This is rough. Profound Horror looks really good, but I own a Slobber - the figure looks excellent in person, and is bigger than you would think, too.

I vote Slobber.

Look, these matchups have to stop containing Gormiti at some point. I am battling a serious sickness with these right now, i cannot stop buying them. I really do want to vote for something else at some point, but i just can't. The best figure keeps being a Gormiti figure. On the up side, this Profound Horror makes me really happy i started collecting these things. I can only hope we actually get off the ground with these in the US and we'll see some more...because it looks like the later series really have some cool stuff to offer.

That Slobber figure, like most of the TBB, is pretty terrible. It reminds me of these awful Small Soldiers figures i keep getting whenever i buy random bags of little toys at the thrift store.

Profound Horror, on the other hand, has a certain Lovecraftian charm that seems to be present in a surprising number of Gormiti figures. Face tentacles for the win!

The very first time i saw ProfoundHorror (a week or so ago) i actually said "whoa" out loud.

I dont think thats every happened. Maybe i was in an odd mood. Maybe i was tired. Whatever the case..it had an effect.

Gormiti with an uppercut.

i would like slobber a lot more if his hands werent stuck to his knees in a perpetual holiday camp dance. I still think hes a cool figure tho if maybe a bit big.

I voted for El Senor Del Volcan and i much prefer the colours in this pic to the colours we have him in.
if anyone likes warhammer he kinda reminds me of an eldar avatar or a chaos lord..

nice! both really cool looking figures and a very even matchup.

i think i can see now why people are all over gormiti. i REALLY like that figure. i like the color and its overall stance and balance. very cool!
i also think thats one of the better TBB figures and i didnt place it till someone said it but IT DOES look like it could have been a ghostbusters character and i think thats what appeals to me. :)

since i have no brand loyalty to either i think i'm gonna vote gormiti for the 1st time. that figure is certainly worthy (really they both are this time around)
