Yeah, these are still littering dollar stores from coast to coast.
I've got a few religious figures (a playset cave and animals, too) that are really nicely done, almost in the classic MEGO style, neat accessories and all.
I couldn't give less of a shit regarding the 'mythology' and silliness of it all, but it's hard to deny that they are quality and well made toys....
(Look at those gorgeous robes, that cave, and the excellent paint tones!)

I wish they made religious toys for all religions. ALL of them.
It also reminded me of my Buddy Christ figure. He's your buddy.

I've been looking for the Jesus, (not The Jesus), but my Dollar Trees have all been out!
Not religious, but it would have been sweet having Jesus hanging out with some monsters.

Draznar, I'll see if my Dollar Store has Jesus. Personally, as someone raised Catholic and forced to attend all manner of weekend and evening classes for decades, religious toys aren't my thing. But I can appreciate that the one I'm selling looks well made and will a cool book. Maybe a great addition to someone's Easter basket!

Is this a decent/rare figure?

Is this a decent/rare figure?
Looks like this guy, '1994 Commemorative Action Soldier'. This complete set is lingering @ $50, so your nude guy is probably good for roughly the price of a decent burger/pack of smokes.
The 90s stuff typically isn't very sought after.

Check out this vintage Big Jim action figure by Mattel. He's lost his head (which I assume can be repaired) but comes with a box.

I never gave a damn about Big Jim when I was a kid, always seemed like some Barbie/Ken-type bullshit -- 'Let's go camping with Billy!' 'Tennis with Big Jeff!' -- but I appreciate and respect the line for it's crucial place in MOTU history.
We all know about the Danger Peak eagle & Tiger Trail tiger molds being reused for Screech, Zoar, Battlecat, and Panthor, but the direct connections run much deeper. (Unfortunately, Mattel chose to not repurpose their BJ Gorilla or alligator. Shame; the gorilla was to serve as 'Gygor', and the alligator would have made a great pet/mount.)
Sweet's original proto He-Man was designed on a BJ body, of course:

The Jim/MOTU connections are many, probably more than some MOTU fans realize.....essentially, 80% of the first two waves of MOTU toys owe everything to Jim....

Interesting correlation...Very interesting. If I didn't know better, I'd say MOTU was a knockoff. But a more even assessment would be the creators of the original MOTU line were "inspired" by the Big Jim line.

If you are just re-posting links to your various ebay auctions, you would be better off having one thread dedicated soley to your ebay links.
Since most of the stuff you are posting for sale on ebay would not appeal to the majority of LRG members, it would make it easier for the few that might possibly be interested to scroll through one thread instead of seeking them out through-out the marketplace.
Although posting links to one's own ebay auctions is a common practice here, the LRG marketplace is more about buying, selling, and trading directly with a network of collectors, with ebay and other online methods as a secondary route to reach a broader, more anonymous audience.
With those things in mind, and after a bit of browsing the marketplace section and beyond, you could see how posting a single thread for each auction with limited appeal might seem unnecessary, even annoyingly so to some.
