Showcase #58: Bandai Ultra Deca Kinnikuman (Full Color Ver.)
The name is kinda misleading because its actually not made out of rubber but PVC. However it still reminds you of the Kinkeshi sculpts and static poses (arms dont move etc).
Pictures don't do this thing justice! This is huge! Especially in width and of course as a result it's packed in a big box and then shipped in an even bigger box.
Anytime I have something this big shipped or in a big box this big, it's almost guaranteed I have to make a customs trip.
I bought mine from Mandarake for 12,000 yen (circa $109) and maybe if I had shopped around yahoojapan I could have gotten it for slightly cheaper but I know Mandarake and I also skip the middle man proxy service charges.
Cheapest shipping method for this is SAL due to its size and I payed 17 EUR on top at customs but all things considered probably still cheaper than buying it on ebay.

It reminds me of the vintage Kinnikuman Sofubi release from the 1980's (red trunks) I see pop up on yahoojapan from time to time.
It will definitely take up a lot of space and this is just the first release (they already released Nemesis and plan future releases).
