I have this sculpt of the Mountain that could be either a bootleg or a type of kinkeshi I am unfamiliar with. He is a similar sculpt to #54 in the M.U.S.C.L.E. line, but smaller and glows in the dark. The trademark is accurate and very clear, and the detail is just as good as any kinkeshi.

Here are some pics of him next to the M.U.S.C.L.E. version:

Here he is in front of a blacklight:

I got him in a mixed lot of M.U.S.C.L.E.s and Kinkeshi from england about a year ago, and have been wondering about him ever since. Does anyone have any idea if he is legit or not?

I'd say it's an Exoroninininin... exor...

ACHEM... I'd say it was an Exogini... but he wasn't a part of it... unless he was a super rrare no one has found until now.... but that's just an educated guess...

Exogini was an Italian toy line who's first series was a direct ripoff of kinnikuman figures.

I do not think that this guy is an Exogini. From what I understand, they are smaller, but not quite this much smaller. Also, I believe that they are made of a more firm material, whereas this guy is very flexible, like a kinkeshi. Thirdly, I am fairly certain that Exogini do not have the Y/S.N.T trademark, and this guy clearly does.

To learn more about Exogini, check out Albertinoz's Exogini page. I know that I am going to reread it's material to be certain that my above claims are valid...

Umm, yeah, thanks for the insight, Toothkid, but does anyone know of any licensed kinnikuman figures like the one I have? I think it may be a bootleg, but the high quality of the sculpt makes me unsure...Anyone?
