This is why I am not happy with Minikins. Proves my point exactly.Scalpers paradise and the stupid people to feed into it! Let's see what golds and blacks go for next...

It's sad that this is already happening with these, but I'm just going to choose to ignore that part of it. If someone wants to spend 60 bucks or more on one, they can have at it. I'll be happy with whichever ones I'm able to get without spending an arm and a leg.

Also, I just saw someone listed a black Adam Bomb now for 500 bucks. It will be amazing to me if someone buys it for anywhere near that price without even any word yet from Topps on what the deal with the black ones is and exactly how rare they are.

I think the yellow figures will pop up left and right starting in the next two weeks. I would hold off on getting any of those until the price drops.

The blacks on the other hand are still a mystery to me. Are they 1:1? I doubt it because I've seen 3 so far and these have only been available in limited stores for a couple of days. I think once the initial hype goes down the prices will too. There will be no shortage of figures to go around.

The guy with the yellow Adam bomb. messaged me after the auction, and told me he has every one, in every color. and was trying to get me to buy all of them.. the first time i talked to him, he said he only bought one pack.. so i don't know whats going on with with these minikins.  I pre ordered in july, and there everyware except my house. or any targets with in a 50 mile radius..  I'm starting to think topps sucks balls. Parden my french.

You're not alone. I've been to four Targets so far and there wasn't a trace of MiniKins at any of them. I was starting to think I was the only one who has had no luck.

Hopefully Potomac has them to send out soon. It seems like Target stores were the only ones to receive any shipments of these this early.

Couldn't it be that most Targets simply haven't stocked them yet?  This isn't a big-ticket item, so it seems like they might not be in too much of a rush to clear shelf-space.

That's what I thought, but then I asked at two different Targets if they could check in the back. At one I got "If it's not out on the floor we haven't gotten it in yet" (not surprising--default answer if they don't feel like checking), and at the other one I was told that they have a vendor who comes in to stock those items so they don't keep any extra stock in the store.

Ugh. These are NOWHERE in the Chicago area yet.

I'm going to Target tonight anyway, are these being shelved in the Toys or the CCG/blind bag section of the store?

Check the trading card/blind bag section in the front near the registers. I haven't heard any reports of someone finding them by the toys.

Thanks my local store is odd. They have that section up front near the registers but they also have like a small end-cap in the toys section that has more cards and blind bags.

I mean I've no intention of buying any of these for myself but if they do end up having them I wouldn't mind picking up some packs (or a box) at cost for anyone here who wants them, though I'm assuming most of you guys have boxes ordered from somewhere else. But if anyone's impatient, I'll help out if I can :)

Ah yeah, all Targets around here have that card endcap by the toys too, but from everything I've read the MiniKins are being kept by that main trading card section.

That's cool of you. Yeah, I've already got boxes on order but you'd probably get some takers here!
