I voted for the Blue Eagle on this one. I like his details on his body a LITTLE better then the rhino.

Eagle on this one. I love Sailon don't get me wrong. But the eagle is just a cool sculpt.

I really like both of these figures, Blue Eagle is hands down the best bird sculpt in the whole line. In the end though, rhinos are just too awesome to vote against.

Style or substance? Candy or veggies? Sandy Soil or Granite Foundation ?

I voted for the Eagle early on because his look was just to appealing. He looked tough, grizzled even and he had wings ..with a nice color scheme to boot. He's flashy (or gives off that vibe) and might be the type of character that would have a name like Electric Eagle or Flash Gordon/ Dear God had they painted him in red armor....

On the other hand you have the Rhino. Common for a Laser Beast with the look of a front line grunt . He doesnt have wongs, doesnt have a beak and really doesnt have a neck. His blue armor isnt anything out of the ordinary.

Yet for some reason i feel compelled to vote for the Rhino. Give him a dark green or black paint job with a few custom additions and yo truly do have a character that fits the "grunt soldier" bill. HE isnt going any where as he looks solid and dependable (and oen fo the few characters who looks like he could go toe to toe with the Gorilla and Lions out there).

DK, who voted Rhino, which he likes slightly better than Eagle,
because he seems stronger,
but neither one of these two is really a favorite Laser Beast of mine.

PS I am glad Leo lost yesterday, but sad it was Spider which now advances instead of Crusty!!
Also I am glad I didn't have to choose between Iguana and Hippo, both ROCK!

These are two great figures. But I'm gonna go with the rhino. His gun, armor design, and colors just seem alot better to me. I see birds everyday, but never get to see rhinos.
