139 all the way! He's always been in my top five favorite MUSCLEs. He has not only a cool wolfman sculpt with a caveman costume, but he's also a big brute of a MUSCLE that looks like he can take anybody out.

141 is cool, but only in that he's the Muscleman from the MUSCLE packaging. Nowhere near as cool as 139, I think.

I sense a muscleman conspiracy his competion has been fierce so far. When does one of his sculpts get some jabroni to beat on.

I voted for 139 he is just a beast of a sculpt.

The ogre figure is just too cool. He's the guy that the figures had to beat to win teh game.

I still have difficulty telling 141 and the Ring Muscleman apart, and that annoys me.

A vote for 139 here, due largely to my ever-growing Inverse Character Prominence to Coolness Theory. The closer to being a main hero character a figure is, the more likely he is to be less cool than any given figure standing beside him.

And incidentally, what the hell is the difference between #141 and the ring figure. I have one i thought was the ring figure (oh how i hope so), but now i'm not so sure. I guess it's hard to compare the two if you only have one.

139 is big, great face/face expression, pretty cool primitive outfit, and overall is just cooler.

I went with muscleman. I like the fists for punching more than the slapping hands. As far as playability goes, this one is pretty much tied. I just dont particularly like the wherwolf figure. I never had him as a kid and that might be why.

This is a classic "Heel vs. Face" match and although this is a vote thats supposed to be based upon sculpt alone its hard for me to eliminate that bias.

Looking at the sculpts the Wolfman has more power, more character and "beef" where as the other just looks..well..corny in comparison.

But ultimately this match comes down to a classic looking villain character (right down to the massive body with ripped clothing and beastly head) versus the smaller but quintessential MUSCLE . A veritable David versus Goliath if you will.

My vote goes to 141 solely based upon his being THE face.

141 for me. This is one of the best fighting sculpts in the line. He is the perfect size, and his armor made him that much cooler. I would always tag him with the Robin Mask sculpt that had the same armor. I would tag the wolf dude with the three eyed ogre dude from the previous rounds, and sometimes would make a triad team along with the dude that has blade arms. Cool armor will always win over beastly hair any day in my book. By the way, the 141 I had when I was a kid was Light Blue. Probably the best color for this fig. Now if this was the ring sculpt I would have voted for the wolfman. I don't care for the smaller version. I can tell the difference right off the bat.

no brainer here! 139, The Beastman!!! He was my all time favorite fig when I was kid. He just kicked butt and looked awesome to me


nothing against Muscleman, I think this fig is probably one of the better Muscleman scuplts out there, but I can't go against my Beastman!!! He's gotta go all the way!!!!
