Both of these guys had approximately ten point wins over their competitors. #23 pulled off a surprise win over #3, and #6 was able to beat #154. Here’s the second game of Round 2 for Region 1:

I'm going for Rocky Slabb. There's better Sneagator sculpts, but good Ol' Rocky Slabb didn't get but one sculpt.

If I had it, I might think differently, but I'm going with Rocky Slabb.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Wow... another toughie! I didn't vote for #6 in the last round, but he's certainly a great sculpt. I did vote for 15 last round because he's a great figure, with a cool, unique sculpt. And I'll have to go with him on this round, too. But if 6 was against almost any other MUSCLE, I'd be voting for him.

Based on the images, if i didn't have either of these guys, i would have voted for #6, no question.

But as luck would have it, both of these figures showed up in my mailbox today. As such, i can now say without a doubt that #23 is cooler.

Sorry, sneaker-lizard.

This one's a far more difficult pick. They're both solid figures and are well-detailed. I don't think I've had the pleasure of owning either. Gonna give this one a few hours, to digest it some more.

While #23 is a solid sculpt the alleged body of granite just doesnt pop out at you the way the Easter Island figure did. He strikes me as a Fraggle of sorts in this pink form. Something fluffy and boisterous..like a "Tribble " from Star Trek with extremities.

#6 on the other hand may very well be the first MUSCLE reptilian pimp. His mouth hanging open with what one might construe as a smile and his hands in the "Place hooters here" or "honk honk" pose coupled with his collar skin fully extended (one might say he has "popped his collar") scream out personality. I could see him strolling into the ring, biting that Tribbles nipples off and standing victoriously over his bleeding carcass. Hell...he even has gator skin boots on!

#6 aint nobodies *****

Divide & conquer works because of attachments people make to push-button issues, individual "leaders," parties, clans, tribes, policies, or agendas, leaving them open to manipulation.

number 23!

i like the frilly lizard guy but the rockman looks mean. He has mean eyes and a devious little grin on his face and he has MASSIVE fists that would pound old number 6 into a pate :)

I finally chose #23 Iwao as well. Besides, it's not as if Sneagator is hurting for representation in the tournament. Frill-gator will forgive me!

I'm going with snigator this time. Iwao just looks week compared, and snigator has alot more detail to him. Although I do like the Iwao character more from the Manga.

I actually voted for both of these figures, and I like both of them. To me, these come down to their weaknesses not their strengths.

#23 only weakness is his size. #6 has human hands as a lizard.

The latter probably seems petty, but I think it’s a really big deal. An otherwise beautiful sculpt has a major flaw. The hands are completely incongruous to the figure. #23 is simply small. While small is bad for action figures, it give this figure a bit of a Napoleon/little-man complex.

My vote goes to #23.

As one of the few figures I voted for that actually made it to round two,
I will continue my support for the Lizard!

Unfortunately it doesn't look like he'll survive this round :D
