Dang! That's a tough one. I like both figures. But the Lizard figure is probably the best figure in this line!

This was a tough one. I really like both figures. But in this case I am going to have to vote for the penguin. I like the way they made him smaller then all the other figures. Plus I think that the color scheme goes well with the penguin. I am going to leave weapons out of this decision since the last series 3 figures all got screwed on what weapons they were given....

Leapin' Lizard is one of my favorite figures that i own, his head sculpt and scale detailing are top-notch. He really stands out in the crowd, and that's definitely a plus. But Pugnacious Penguin is just too awesome. I love how they stepped outside the normal design parameters for him, if he'd been given the standard body style and huge boots the figure would've been ruined.

My vote goes to the Penguin, with some regrets that i can't vote for the Lizard.

In related news, i really need to buy a Penguin now. Someone help me out on that.

Leapin Lizard,All the way!
Love the texture and color of his skin,and it doesn't even bother me that they used a can opener for his weapon.

This was an easy one for me,because I never really cared to much for the Penguin figure.

I had to go with Leapin Lizard. I have never owned the penquin and just don't find him that apealing. My vote Lizard!!!

I voted Pugnacious Penguin! I agree with the size and color scheme. The lizard is cool but.... I guess I just like penguins = /.

Penguin, Frilled lizard might have beat a lot of other BB but Penguin seems like the Puyo Puyo of the Battle Beast line. Also, and this might apply to all of series 3, the paint application looks finished. Also Frilled has a stupid looking weapon.

i voted for penguin, i like penguins... and im not entirely convinced with frilled lizards frill. i wouldhave to examine it first hand to be sure but there seems something not quiteright about it, maybe its too big or something. Penguin looks small, compact and pretty darn cool

Had to go with the Penguin on this one...I didn't realise so many people went this route. For me it was the uniqueness as stated previously by Veers, they didn't overdo this figure, all the right touches. And his weapon is way better then Leapin Lizards.

On their own they are both great and unique scupts, but paired against each other Leapin Lizard is superior in my mind. He's an awesome figure with a very sweet head scuplt. I wish Penguin went against someone else, but this round I have to go Lizard.

I'm voting for Piplup! He is just awesome. One of my favorites from Series three. I think Leapin is just the worst of the Reptillian figures. I just don't dig his head at all.

As much as I hate to say it, but Leapin' Lizard wins this round 18 to 13.
